I had airy suite with coffee, fantastic view, as example. The staff was faultless and extremely helpful, everything was exceptional. Food was nice, drinks were warm. The service was friendly, I had 1 great night here❤

Very good staff and location, I liked to be here. The room was very excellent, extremely comfy bed. Efficient check in and fast check out. In addition, parking was outside and it was very convenient.

Spotlessly clean place, very efficient service, patient staff. The hotel is in the awesome zone. Also, it's close to downtown. The view is panoramic and the pool is clean.

Very attentive staff and the place was fairly clean. Absolutely gorgeous, fine room with very comfy bed, the heating off plus a view. Welcoming service everywhere too. Furthermore, parking on-site was a bonus. Relaxing stay.

Hotel was tidy and well maintained. The breakfast was good and had a wide array of options. The property was in front of pubs and restaurants. Hotel location was just walking distance from Whitby Town War Memorial.
